Operation Warm Hearts, located in the heart of Olean, New York, is a 501C3 charitable foundation that provides new clothing and needed accessories to children. With the help of dedicated volunteers, staff members, and community partners, we strive to improve the lives of children within the community. We have all types of children's clothing, including: jackets, winter coats, boots, and socks.
Making Children Smile
Clothing is an important aspect of how we see ourselves and are seen. Yet many children have never been able to pick out new clothing. OWH gives children choice which increases their confidence, enjoyment and self-respect.
To Reach All Who Need Our Help
OWH actively identifies gaps in service and materials needs; partners with community organizations; invites donations to meet needs; and, through all its work creates broad-based public engagement.
